Distributors earn commissions based on the sales they generate, in line with our commission structure. The structure is designed to incentivize both direct sales and team-building activities.
Marketing and Sales
As a distributor, you are responsible for the promotion and sale of YBO Trade Nepal products within the confines of ethical marketing practices. You are prohibited from making false claims or misrepresenting products.
Training
Distributors must participate in the training provided by YBO Trade Nepal to ensure product knowledge and understanding of the direct selling process.
Team Building
Distributors can recruit new distributors and build teams under them, following the guidelines provided by YBO Trade Nepal.
No Conflict of Interest
Distributors must not engage in any direct selling activities for competing companies during their association with YBO Trade Nepal.
Advertising Standards
Distributors are expected to follow strict advertising standards as outlined in Nepal’s Direct Selling Act, 2018. Any misleading or exaggerated claims about products are strictly prohibited.
No Pyramid Scheme
YBO Trade Nepal follows a unilevel compensation plan and adheres to the Direct Selling Act. Any form of pyramid scheme, where the compensation is based on recruitment rather than actual product sales, is not allowed.
Compliance with Legal Standards
Distributors must comply with the Direct Selling Act, 2018, and all applicable rules and regulations in Nepal.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any actions taken under your account are considered your responsibility.
Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the website or any content, or engage in any activity that could harm the website or its users.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including logos, images, and text, are the intellectual property of YBO Trade Nepal and cannot be used without prior consent.
Registration Requirements
YBO Trade Nepal is fully compliant with the Direct Selling Act, 2018. We are registered with the Department of Commerce and Supply, Ministry of Industry, Commerce & Supply, Government of Nepal.
Consumer Protection
YBO Trade Nepal ensures that all products and services are in accordance with Nepal’s consumer protection laws. Any unethical practices, fraud, or misrepresentation of products will not be tolerated.
Commissions
Distributors will receive commissions based on their sales and the sales generated by their team members. The commission structure is detailed in the distributor agreement.
Payment Terms
Payments are made on a monthly basis, and distributors must ensure that their bank account details are accurate and up-to-date.
Taxation
Distributors are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes related to their earnings from YBO Trade Nepal, in accordance with Nepalese tax laws.
YBO Trade Nepal reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to distributors through official channels, and continued use of the website and services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate the distributor agreement for any violations of these terms and conditions or any unethical business practices.
By Distributor
A distributor can terminate their association with YBO Trade Nepal by submitting a written request. However, termination will not affect any pending commissions or other obligations.
No Liability for Losses
YBO Trade Nepal is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or products.
Product Use
While we ensure the quality of our products, we are not responsible for any damages or adverse effects resulting from misuse or improper handling of the products.
Personal Information
